Dr. Charles Schof graduated from the University of New Orleans and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1994 from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. In 2004, he received his fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry. He later received mastership status in 2005.
Each year, Dr. Schof participates in more than 100 hours of post-graduate education and training—many times more than the minimum required by the state of Louisiana. His objective is to increase his knowledge, and to bring the most current and advanced techniques to patients in Mandeville, Covington, and the greater New Orleans area.
Dr. Schof and his team are trained and experienced in treating general dental problems, as well as the most complex reconstructive cases, all of which are completed in his office. Meet Marti! Having worked in dentistry since 2001, Marti loves to see patients thrive and find the smile of their dreams! She attended Southeastern Louisiana University and loves to take continuing education courses. She’s motivated by Dr. Schof’s commitment to staying abreast of the latest dental technology and treating the whole patient—not just a single tooth. When she's not welcoming you in, you can find Marti reading, kickboxing, and spending time with her 2 grandsons!
Originally from Metairie, LA, she has lived in Mandeville the past two years. She attended the University of New Orleans. She has been a dental front desk receptionist/scheduler for the past 8 years. Her past experience as a receptionist, along with her knowledge of dental insurance, coding, billing, and customer service skills, has made her a great resource for patients and her team. She loves the atmosphere of Dr. Schof’s office because she’s able to build emotional connections and relationships with her patients. When she’s not at work, Sadie enjoys exercising, listening to music, and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
Kristen is from Slidell, Louisiana. She is a graduate of LSU School of Dentistry where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2018. She has also obtained her license to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. Her experience as a college softball player has instilled in her how to be a team player. Her favorite part of working in the dental field is making her patients feel at home in her chair and forming a personal relationship. In her free time, Kristen loves to cook, spend time with family and friends, and take the boat out with her husband and their black lab Oakley.
Becca is from Mandeville, Louisiana. She is a graduate of Delta College in Covington where she received her certification to be a dental assistant. She has been an assistant for a year but being in the customer service field for eight years has given her the experience to connect with all of her patients. She loves to make her patients feel comfortable and genuinely cares for them. In her free time Becca enjoys doing yoga, dancing, hanging out with her fur babies and husband.
Originally from Mandeville, you can find Kailyn surrounded by nature connecting to all forms of life around her. When she isn’t adventuring, you can find her cuddled up with her four dogs and husband. Her energetic, relatable, and caring personality makes her a great fit for Dr. Schof’s practice.

Cheryl struggled with a denture for most of her life. We remade her upper denture and placed lower implants to restore her mouth to proper form and function. She can now enjoy a steak!
